Artist item

It is not possible for us to replace the exact same item because each of our items is individually handcrafted by an artist.

Return Policy

A client who received the wrong item or an item with defects can ask for the item to be
Exchanged or a full refund including initial shipping within 7days after receiving the item.

Please DO NOT send any item back before receiving our notice of how to return items.

All return items must be in unused and as new condition with all the delivered elements.
Client must pack the items properly, and keep them from damage while the package is in delivery.

We can not issue a refund because you change your mind on the items or you do not like its colors or design.

We do not accept returns if you contact us after 7days of delivery.

About items made from antique kimonos and obis

Items recycled from antique kimonos and obis may have stains, blemishes, and blurs. If you disagree with this , please refrain from a purchase.
Since we announce conspicuous stains beforehand, we do not accept returns because a stain is found.


Please note: International Customers must pay applicable customs and duty charges.



Payment

We accept payment through Paypal.
PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay online. The service allows anyone to pay through credit cards without sharing financial information.

About Domestic Order

If ordering from Japan, contact us via our contact form with product (name, color, size, number) and contact (name, address, phone number) information.
All international payments must be made via PayPal.
Payment by Bank transfer is also accepted for those in Japan.
