A client who received the wrong item or an item with defects can ask for the item to be
Exchanged or a full refund including initial shipping within 7days after receiving the item.
Please DO NOT send any item back before receiving our notice of how to return items.
All return items must be in unused and as new condition with all the delivered elements.
Client must pack the items properly, and keep them from damage while the package is in delivery.
We can not issue a refund because you change your mind on the items or you do not like its colors or design.
We do not accept returns if you contact us after 7days of delivery.
Items recycled from antique kimonos and obis may have stains, blemishes, and blurs. If you disagree with this , please refrain from a purchase.
Since we announce conspicuous stains beforehand, we do not accept returns because a stain is found.
